We’ve compiled a short list of some common questions we get asked from our customers when booking or planning an event at the Ivy Lane Estate.

The Ivy Lane Estate has approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of event space which can accommodate up to 300 people comfortable on the outdoor grounds. Our outdoor party tent is 2,500 sq. ft. and can comfortably seat 150 guests in a dining / social gathering setting.

Nope! That’s the beauty of booking your event at the Ivy Lane Estate – you have over 5,000 sq. ft. of space to produce the event exactly how you want it! You’re never limited to catering, decor, photography, or any other vendors. You’re welcome to use whoever and whomever you’d like to make your special day just right.

Absolutely – our venue has on-site parking for approximately 100 vehicles with off-site parking available nearby (approximately 2-3 minute walk to the venue).

Yes! All of our events receive access to the pool area, cabana bar, BBQ, outdoor party tent, and movie theatre at no extra cost. However, depending on the season/time of your event the pool area / movie theatre may be inaccessible due to weather or other factors.
